Who we are
This website is run by DOAM Sculpted Events, part of The Garden Club Hire, based in Cheadle (SK8). Contact us at bryn@thegardenclubhire.co.uk or on 07811 035078.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or the chat assistant we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, event date, location, occasion, guest numbers, the structure you are interested in and anything else you write. If you use the chat assistant, we also keep a copy of that conversation. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we keep that conversation too.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, let you know when dates open, quote and arrange your event. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.
Who we share it with
Form and chat enquiries are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. Chat messages are answered by an AI model run by Groq, which processes the text of the conversation to produce a reply. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your event and any follow-up, and booking records for as long as the law requires for our accounts.
Cookies and storage
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The chat assistant saves your conversation in your own browser so it is still there if you change page; you can clear it with the bin icon in the chat. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
